Job Summary: Butlers Custom Sheet Metal is seeking a motivated and results-driven Gutter Estimator/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and providing accurate estimates for gutter installations. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. * Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. * Present tailored proposals and close sales effectively. Estimating and Proposal Development: * Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and gather relevant details. * Prepare precise and detailed cost estimates for gutter installations and custom sheet metal projects. * Create and present tailored proposals to meet client needs and expectations. Team Collaboration: * Work closely with installation teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. * Partner with administrative teams to support lead generation and sales initiatives. Customer Service: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Qualifications: * Proven success in sales and estimating (experience in the construction or sheet metal industry preferred). * Knowledge of gutter systems, materials, and installation processes is a MUST. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in estimating tools, QuickBooks systems, and Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach. * Solution-focused and skilled in building relationships. * Strong communication and sales skills. * Ability to read project requirements and calculate estimates. * Self-motivated with a focus on meeting sales goals. Requirements: * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sites. * Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
