Job Overview
As a Caddie, you will play a vital role in enhancing the golfing experience for players at our private golf course. Your primary responsibility will be to assist golfers by carrying their bags, providing course insights, and ensuring they have everything they need for an enjoyable round of golf. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for the game of golf.
Duties
- Carry and manage golfers' bags throughout the course.
- Provide players with information on course layout, hazards, and club selection.
- Maintain an organized and clean environment for equipment and supplies.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events as needed.
- Offer exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience for all players.
- Address any conflicts or issues that arise on the course with professionalism and poise.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Most work days will be Thursdays, Saturdays, and Event Days.
Qualifications
- At least High School Age.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Interest and experience in the game of Golf.
