Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
- Provide patient and caregiver education on speech and swallowing exercises, techniques, and strategies.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a home health or independent setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech and swallowing disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary : $55 - $65
