We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to deliver excellent customer service, assist with daily shop operations, and support the overall guest experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about golf and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases, tee-time bookings, and inquiries.
- Process transactions, manage the cash register, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
- Promote and sell golf apparel and other merchandise.
- Provide information about the course, events, and membership opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior retail or golf industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge and passion for golf are highly desirable.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
