Pay: $16.00 Per/hour $.75 Shift Premium
Schedule: 1:45p-9:45p Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work

As an Operator you will:
- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and resolve machine issues according to specifications
- Use proper tools and complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Communicate with Maintenance as needed
- Ability to learn and perform all line related positions within the area of responsibility
- Monitor product consistency and assure weights are within the range
- Monitor and adjust tunnel controls to keep within required parameters
- Maintaining a log and proper tracking of inventory being used
- Safely lift blocks of Butter and load them into the Machine while maintaining a constant feed to the line
- Responsible for achieving production rate as a team
- Properly visualize and inspect the product- ability to identify quality issues
- Conduct proper changeovers as a team
- Operate software to account for downtime and track raw material usage
- Correctly use scan guns as needed
- Ensure the line is stocked with proper materials
- Periodic Quality/Metal detector checks
- Follow all Safety, GMP, PPE policies and precautions
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
We believe a successful Operator will have the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years prior machine operating experience
- Previous machine setup experience helpful
- Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible with their work schedule to accommodate times of high volume
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to climb stairs, bend and reach
- Ability to read and understand standard work instructions
- Ability to work at a consistent pace for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift
- General math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to adhere to GMP policies and maintain quality standards of the product
- Previous Food Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
Salary : $16 - $75
