What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hostess/Host position at BUTTERFIELD COUNTRY CLUB?

Hostess Responsibilities:
- Greeting members as they enter.
- Providing members with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Seating members at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assigning members to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of covers.
- Engaging with members to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls.
- A knowledge of the menu.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing 5 star service and member satisfaction
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
