Your day to day as a Maintenance Technician I

As a Maintenance Technician I at Butterfield Trail Village, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and safe for all residents. Under close supervision, you will perform essential electrical, plumbing, and general repairs on buildings, machines, and equipment. This position involves assisting Maintenance II workers with specific tasks, allowing you to learn and grow within the role.

Your responsibilities may frequently involve repetitive duties, requiring physical effort such as lifting and moving objects and materials, as well as maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
