Job Summary

Butterfly Effect Counseling LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Therapist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in the office, providing support to individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients.
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Current, valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
