We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA with exceptional clinical abilities to help develop our local market. The successful candidate will work alongside the Regional Director to expand our services and improve access to ABA treatment for families affected by ASD.
The Market Director will lead a team of Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA-informed treatment and collaborate with other professionals to meet the needs of the community.
Responsibilities include :
- Assisting the Regional Director in professional development trainings
- Supervising BCBA staff members
- Representing the company at professional conferences
- Participating in research projects
- Interviewing BCBA staff candidates
- Interfacing with our business development department to determine market needs
- Analyzing market data with the Regional Director to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Managing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
- Supervising direct 1 : 1 ABA service delivery
- Conducting behavior assessments and individualizing client treatment goals and objectives
- Providing monthly caregiver training and coordinating with other professionals on clients' treatment teams
