The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous behavioral health case management experience is ideal.
Responsibilities:
- Review and audit behavioral health client records
- Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
- Develop and review company policies.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Ensure staff are up to date on all certifications, training and licensures
- Oversees the dissemination and collection of client satisfaction surveys.
- Resolve employee concerns about compliance.
- Oversee the dissemination and collection of open chart deficiencies and closed chart audits, and requests from regulatory agencies and payors for audit review.
- Additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Good knowledge of behavioral and mental health procedures.
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
- Case Management experience
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
