We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Team Member to join our team on our 1st or 2nd Shift. As a key contributor to our production process, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring product quality through regular inspections
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Documenting production activities accurately
- Working closely with the team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more consistently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
