Responsibilities
- Generate leads for sales teams
- Study for NMLS Test
- Take 300-400 outbound sales calls a day
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
