AM Manager - Solutions Architect/ Security Architect

We are seeking an AM Manager - Solutions Architect/Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. This role involves architecting identity and access management (IAM) frameworks, ensuring compliance with security standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions and security architectures.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align security strategies with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership for access management, authentication, and authorization solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and define security policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IAM, security architecture, and solutions design.
- Expertise in SSO, MFA, PAM, and federated identity solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools like Okta, Ping Identity, or CyberArk.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
