Job Title: Service Now Architect

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite Tues Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for a Service Now Architect with excellent communication skills to lead architecture, design, and implementation efforts. The role requires onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Service Now solutions aligned with business needs.

- Lead platform architecture, integrations, and automation

- Work with stakeholders to define and deliver strategic Service Now initiatives.

- Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance.

- Oversee ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.

Requirements:

- 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years in Service Now architecture.

- Expertise in Service Now development, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and workflows.

- Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and automation.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Service Now certifications (CIS, CSA) preferred.
