Foreman responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee crew for maintenance and/or enhancement services (mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, leaf removal, etc)
- Management of client accounts as necessary
- Continuous training of crew throughout season
- Maintenance and care for tools, equipment, truck, and trailer
- Assist in management of yard space
- Time tracking and job costing
- Recruitment of best employees
- Snow removal services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
