Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
