Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory control. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail sales, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.
- Operate cash register and other store equipment.
- Fuel customers’ cars.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management techniques.
