Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Brand Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our retail space, ensuring that products are well displayed, and the stores are ready to receive guests. This position requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of retail operations. They are responsible for ensuring all brand image and customer service programs are in compliance, that all customer areas of the sites are neat, clean and organized, and that the sites have a correct, healthy inventory of all products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal site aduits, evaluations & compliance reviews.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the retail space, creating an inviting shopping environment for customers.
- Review convenience store and fuel brand marketing and promotions to ensure compliance. Add and adjust additional signage and products, as needed.
- Assist in the assembling and disassembling of promotional materials such as signs, banners and displays.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to train staff in merchandising standards and best practices.
- Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products.
- Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste.
- Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products.
- Assist with periodic inventory reviews to verify reported inventory.
Experience
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising.
- Experience in store management or training development is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on cleanliness and detail-oriented tasks.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, new tasks and priorities as changes occur.
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with other team members.
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
