This position can be hybrid out of our Lake Worth, FL office or fully remote based around East Coast working hours. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
The Beyond Broadline Analyst will assist in the administrative duties to properly record, track, and coordinate the Beyond Broadline sales efforts for the Platform. This role requires a “data literate” candidate who will perform price/volume comparisons and effectively communicate new enrollments to supplier partners. This role will also assist with preparing and loading volume reporting into the Buyers Edge Platform CRM system.
Your impact:
- · Assist in creating and updating opportunity records in CRM (SalesForce) for tracking to include mass changes accomplished via dedicated program (Data Loader)
- · Assist in creating and mass uploading volume and revenue records in CRM via dedicated program
- · Assist in data entry and comparison activities, often referred to as “Market Baskets”
- · Assist with monitoring and upkeeping of various opportunity trackers (Sales Contests, In Progress Conversion and Comparison Opportunities, Leads Referred to Suppliers)
- · Learn and utilize our CRM (SalesForce) terminology
- · Assist with supplier connection workflows including loading supplier account numbers into our CRM (SalesForce)
- · Assist with Client Facing communication where needed, expected to be minimal
- · Assist in preparing analysis for ad-hoc requests; pull and analyze data
- · Receive, process and validate revenue and rebate information received from suppliers
- · Be able to handle/troubleshoot high level inquiries and requests from across brands and departments
- · Produce, verify and distribute Supplier Volume Reports to internal management and staff
- · Communicate with suppliers on data issues
- · Maintenance responsibilities in Salesforce records
- · Communicate with internal employees
- · Review Supplier reporting for accuracy, completeness and adherence to signed agreements
- · Resolve reporting errors and non-compliance issues with suppliers.
About you:
- Some experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience desired, not required
- Data analysis/financial analysis skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively with any level of position and limited supervision
- Comfortable with meeting virtually
- 2 years of foodservice industry experience desired, not required
- Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations desired, not required
- 1-2 years of data analysis or data management-related experience preferred, not required.
