This is a hybrid position out of our Orlando, FL office with the ability to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
The Supply Chain Specialist is an integral part of RPP's constant pursuit of top-notch customer support. This role will directly impact our contract management process as well as support the Director of Contract Administration & Price Verification and other senior level staff. Through constant interaction with all stages of the contract lifecycle, this person will learn about the business of Supply Chain, including strategic supply chain partners, procurement, reporting and analytics, client onboarding, and LOPs.
Your impact:
- Oversight of contract renewal process for clients that are managed by InsideTrack.
- Managing Inclusion/Exclusion of BEPL DPN programs.
- Deviation load set up & maintenance
- Management of all RPP contracts during new client onboardings:
- RPP signed agreement
- Letter of Participation (LOP)
- Letter of Authorization (LOA)
- Letter of Termination (LOT)
- Providing the Procurement team with administrative support:
- Filing market data reports and capabilities decks
- SPERF volume report – running reports on behalf of the category managers
- Create and manage the procurement file system and updating documents i.e. project trackers
- Project management of manufacture sample requests from procurement directors
- Assisting with client & SSCP communication
- Providing Strategic Supply Chain Partners (SSCP) with administrative support:
- Creating PowerPoint decks for client business reviews
- Performing inventory analysis and preparing inventory reports
- Project management of manufacture sample requests from SSCPs
- Communication of EDI feed set ups & progress updates to SSCPs
- Day-to-day administration tasks as requested by leadership team i.e. office administration inclusive of monthly meeting planning support & office maintenance
- Additional analytics projects assigned as needed.
About you:
- 1-3 years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skill set preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills - interpersonal and communication
- Time management and follow through; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with the highest standards of professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and strong work ethic.
