We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Data Processing Specialist to ensure the accurate and timely processing of data files in our database. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards, organizing data processing tasks, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our data team. You will play a key role in recognizing patterns, standardizing details, and managing workflow prioritization to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Your Impact:
- Accurately process and normalize incoming data files to ensure consistent formatting and categorization.
- Identify patterns in data and ensure standardization to support efficient data processing and mapping.
- Work closely with team members to prioritize and delegate the processing of data files.
- Oversee the daily operations of the data quality team, including:
- Conducting regular check-ins with team members.
- Mentoring at least one team member for professional growth.
- Conducting quarterly and annual reviews.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in data processing
- Familiarity with Master Data Concepts, particularly in areas like customers, products and locations
- College degree required
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong pattern recognition skills
- Comfort with evolving technology and tools related to data processing
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and shift priorities as needed
- Strong organizational skills with an efficiency-minded approach to completing tasks
- Inquisitive, problem-solving mindset
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
