Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Department Managers in implementing continuous improvement disciplines, leading and developing them to optimize processes and efficiency.
- Ensure products are produced on time, meeting quality, delivery, and cost metrics, while incorporating plans for manufacturing growth as dictated by business expansion.
- Evaluate product/process improvements, establishing KPIs with clear goals and targets for production functions, measuring performance against these metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving problems.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and implementation.
- Experience working with operations management software, including ERP and production scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
