Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Evaluate product/process improvements for the business, establishing KPIs with clear goals and targets for production functions.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving problems.
- Maintain accurate records of department duties, submitting and filing necessary documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and implementation.
- Experience working with operations management software, including ERP and production scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
