Hours:                             Full-time (6AM to 2:30PM, MàF or 2:30PM to 1:0AM MàTH)

Pay:                                 DOE (Typical $24 ) 100% paid medical quarterly profit sharing

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reports to the Shop Foreman

• Operate sandblasting equipment on production parts
• Follow specific work instructions for each task
• Keep accurate record of production and properly document your work.
• Capable of inspecting parts using calipers and tape measures as needed
• Perform in process inspection on your work

·       Is courteous, personable and respectful of all fellow employees

·       Works to keep self and fellow company employees safe and out of harms way

·       Ensures housekeeping and daily PM activities are being performed on machines

·       Correctly accounts for quantity of pieces made and for clocking in and out of work centers correctly

Competency requirements:

·       Sandblasting experience preferred, if not can train

·       Ability to read, write, and converse in English preferred, Spanish is acceptable

·       Must have reliable transportation to be at work on time every day

·       Must be able to record information required on shop traveler

·       Must be able to read at arm’s length customers’ drawing, work instruction and procedures in English

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

·       Must be able to sit, stand and move around continuously for up to 10hrs/day.

·       Must be able to lift thirty pounds without assistance and have full physical capability of all limbs
