Position Overview:
This is a leadership role, as such it carries a varying degree of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee all staff members
- Schedule staff and coordinate for employee vacations and R/O, also cover call outs.
- Work closely with Kitchen manager to ensure proper organization, inventory practice, quality production and timely execution.Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Work with FOH to ensure proper training, guest service and menu knowledge.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all permits are current.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory.
- Weekly Inventory
- Daily Accounting and Banking
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and sales personnel.
- Organize events.
- Solve customer and employee issues.
- Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Interview, hire and train new team members.
- Create a comfortable and inviting environment for guests.
- Represent the restaurant with a professional attitude.
- Working with the community to create lasting relationships
The Manager is responsible for overseeing operations, managing a team of staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This individual plays a crucial role in the running of the overall business and service. Managing staff, vendors, inventory, and supplies all while adhering to safety, sanitation standards, and fair labor practices.
Qualifications:
- Three years prior experience in full-service Food and Beverage Management.
- Prior experience with Pull Tabs and knowledge of WA State Gambling laws.
- Must provide Snohomish County Health Dept. Serv Safe Certification & WA State MAST permit
- Proven leadership and time management skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
- Ability to move quickly in tight spaces and navigate through busy kitchens.

Pay: $53,963.00 - $62,823.00 per year
