Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with administrative tasks in the office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the team with various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication. Assist with product/service inquiries and ensure clients receive accurate information.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns and work toward resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Order Processing: Assist with order entry, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Track and update customer orders.
- Administrative Support: Provide general office support including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure all client requests are handled and support any other departments as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm that their issues or requests have been resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer-first approach.
