Description:
The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the physical security and protection of the Company’s assets and team members.
- Monitor the security operations for all BuzzBallz locations and facilities within Carrollton
- Implement and maintain security policies and regulations for all BB facilities
- Hire, train and lead all loss prevention staff, including scheduling for 24-7 coverage
- Manage badge activation, monitoring and deactivation process for all employees
- Conduct security checks as needed, including coordinating staff
- Lead security initiatives in accordance with senior leadership and owners, including preventative workplace violence programs, travel security, risk intelligence and company investigations.
- Ensure proper vendor identification initiatives align with individual facilities’
- Develop and deliver preventative programs and services to protect against crime against persons, threats, emergencies, illegal acts, and property.
- Provide security awareness, communication and education to employees at all facilities
- Partner with local law enforcement, including ongoing training and adherence to laws
- Investigate and resolve incidents, breaches and other security matters, providing reports as needed
- Assist facilities director with emergency response procedures
- Plan and coordinate security operations for company events
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Security management experience, including multi-site
- Law enforcement experience preferred
- Proven organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent security protocol and procedure experience
- Adept at ongoing change and growth environment
