The Developer willbe part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full softwaredevelopment life cycle, from conception to deployment of a court managementprogram. The court management programwill be a cloud-based system.

The AdministrativeOffice of the Courts (AOC) is an agency within the judicial branch ofgovernment that works to support the state courts on behalf of the ArkansasSupreme Court. The Court Information Systems Division (CIS) is responsible forproviding technological support to the state s courts, making court informationavailable to the public, and developing and implementing online, court-relatedservices. POSIPOSITIONSUMMARY :
The AOC Programmeris responsible for developing and supporting applications that support theArkansas Judiciary. The Programmer will be part of a cross-functionalteam that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, fromconception to deployment of a court management program. The courtmanagement program will be a cloud-based system.
JOB DUTIES :
Work on an Agile team that employs theDisciplined Agile Methodology
Work with the build new team to develop andintegrate a veteran s application with the new court management system
Design, code, debug, and test applicationsoftware and reports.
Monitor, optimize, and tune applications andreports for maximum performance.
Execute tasks conforming to formal techniques,standards, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot user-reported application andreport issues.
Document and report on daily progress,procedures, and activities.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS : Education
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,ABILITIES :
Programmers / SoftwareEngineers must be familiar with industry accepted business practices andcomputer application development and support methodologies.
