BuzzClan seeks an experienced Business Development Director to drive the growth of our technology and staffing solutions across Texas state and local government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing and growing government contracts, a deep understanding of the public sector procurement process, and strong technical acumen in IT services and staff augmentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead business development initiatives focused on Texas state agencies, cities, counties, and educational institutions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government decision-makers and procurement officers
- Develop winning proposals and responses to government RFPs / RFQs
- Create go-to-market strategies for BuzzClan's core offerings, including IT Staff Augmentation Services Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions Business Application Services Data Engineering & Analytics Quality Assurance & Automation Solutions
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proper solution design and pricing
- Track and forecast sales pipeline and revenue
- Stay current on government IT initiatives and spending priorities
- Mentor and develop junior BD team members.
