Job Description:
The client has a need for a Staff Augmentation Systems Integration and Development Position within our Customer Experience Department.
Requirements for this position include:
Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
The Successful Respondent(s) will hold current certifications in requested programing languages (Java, C , HTML, CSS, SQL, Microsoft).
Engage with City of Tampa stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications that guide the development process.
Adopt agile development practices to ensure iterative, flexible, and efficient development cycles.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make real-time adjustments to software features and functionality.
Utilize a comprehensive skill set to develop software solutions across the entire technology stack, encompassing frontend, backend, and database components.
Employ a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and tools to create robust and scalable applications.
Develop and integrate application programming interfaces (APIs) and middleware to enable interoperability and data exchange between disparate systems.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure that software solutions meet high standards of functionality, performance, and security.
Implement automated testing procedures to identify and rectify issues early in the development process.
Facilitate real-time communication and data sharing to enhance operational efficiency and information flow.
Design, develop, and implement tailored software solutions to fulfill City of Tampa's requirements.
