Role Overview As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Buzze, you will drive growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers in the affordable housing sector. You will be the first point of contact, introducing Buzze’s value proposition and setting the stage for successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach Research and identify potential clients in the affordable housing sector. Execute targeted outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Lead Qualification Engage prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and set up discovery calls with the sales team.
Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), tracking progress towards weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
Collaboration & Feedback Work with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and provide insights based on market trends and competitor activities.
Continuous Improvement Stay current on industry trends, company offerings, and enhance personal skills through training.
Outcomes (Key Results)Book 5 discovery calls weekly with qualified prospects. Create and optimize a lead-generation playbook, maximizing internal resources. Consistently refine and test go-to-market strategies to enhance lead generation efforts.
