Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Supervisor to lead our team in achieving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of the Buzzed Bull Creamery retail store.
- Supervises and controls all activities and staff in accordance with the established company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates team members and resources of the store in the best interest of the company, to provide efficient, well prepared, and profitable service of all offered products while maintaining the positive reputation of the company with customers.
- Responsible for the business performance of the store as well as maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, consistency, health, and safety.
- As a key leadership position, it is fast paced and demanding combining strategic planning, organizational skill, dependability, professionalism, and day to day management activities.
Job Duties
- Ensures that staff adhere to all company policies and procedures uniformly and without exception, such as uniform standards, staff punctuality, customer service interactions etc.
- Coordinates the entire operation of the store, including ordering of product, scheduling, event coordination, answering/returning of phone calls, cash reclamation and money management/deposits
- Helping in any area of operation needed as circumstances dictate
- Scheduling staff and maintaining labor rates as business demands
- Hiring, training, and termination of all subordinate staff members
- Providing support, and assistance to staff in the execution of their duties
- Responds to and resolves customer concerns and complaints. Corrects potential problems before they affect customers
- Maintains highest standards and consistency of quality control, hygiene, legality, health and safety.
- Prepares and reconciles cash drawers and store safe. Monitors and maintains strict and consistent adherence to all cash control policies including manger accountability for any and all cash inconsistency’s
- Prepares and records bank deposits and change orders as often as business dictates
- Disburses and documents all petty cash in accordance with company policy (paying window washer, or buying supplies for business operations, etc.)
- Implements posted work schedule and changes as necessary (sick staff, call off, shift trades etc.)
- Ensures staff follow all policy’s and procedures to company standards for maintenance and operation of equipment and machines, including daily cleaning, and periodic maintenance requirements.
- Ensures all checklist and logs have been filled out and all task therein have been completed to company standards, as well as taking corrective action when standards have not been met
- Scheduling and running of quarterly Inservice meetings to maintain staff accountability
