As an Event Management Intern, you will work closely with our event planners and coordinators to assist in the planning, execution, and wrap-up of events. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience, build your portfolio, and work with a talented and creative team.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various types of events
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue partners
- Help with logistics including transportation, materials, and equipment
- Support on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown
- Conduct market research and help develop event proposals
- Prepare event-related documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage databases, attendee lists, and RSVP tracking
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media (if applicable)
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
