Smoke Shop Sales Rep

Qualifications

• Applicants who have previous experience working in a vape shop environment will begiven priority, alongside applicants who have previous retail or retail management
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in Smoke shops or Vape shops
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to upsell products and services to increase revenue
• Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and explain features to customers

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible schedules, have a friendly attitude and be familiar with our product line
• Talk with customers to answer questions and provide information and services
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using a cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Keep store or department clean and presentable
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using a cash register
• The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
