Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion based on scopes of work or work orders...specific skills desired are general handyman, electrical, plumbing, paint/drywall, carpentry
- Complete punch list items for make ready turns
- Perform routine handyman repairs and preventive maintenance
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Cross functional communication between various levels of the company
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in make ready turns, maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a group
