Accountant (AP/AR)
BV Staffing has been retained by a manufacturer of state-of-the-art rigid and flexible circuit boards producing products from fast turn high tech multilayer circuit board prototypes to non-traditional, high-density and high-speed interconnects which serve a wide variety of customer requirements
We are seeking an Accountant (AR/AP) to handle daily accounting tasks at their two manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Primary tasks involve vouching, order entry, packing slips
- GL account analysis, journal entries
- Monitor account/customer payments
- Two software platforms will be used to manage production workflow
- Purchasing duties include placing orders and preparing receiving invoices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5 years’ experience, supervisory experience a plus
- Experience/exposure to working in purchasing a plus
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational & problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in two different facilities

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
