BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an Agile Coach-Junior to provide consulting, coaching, and training on Agile practices. This is a full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.

The Junior Agile Coach will assist teams in adopting Agile methodologies to improve software development processes and workflows. The role involves identifying organizational barriers to Agile transformation and implementing strategies to overcome these challenges. The successful candidate may also manage team members as part of Agile implementation efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and guidance to teams on Agile practices, ensuring successful adoption and integration into software development.
• Identify and address organizational impediments to Agile transformation and work towards solutions.
• Facilitate Agile training sessions to enhance team proficiency in Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Agile processes and optimize development workflows.
• Support the implementation of Agile frameworks to meet the organizational objectives and project goals.
• May manage other team members in Agile coaching and project facilitation.
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Agile coaching or Agile project management.
