- Manage and execute all Commercial Events for Bulgari North America inclusive of large-scale external Marketing Events as well as smaller scale in-store animations in support of brand desirability, client engagement and sales.
- Understand local markets and strategize with Store Directors to ensure their events are targeted, effective and relevant.
- Collaborate with Events team and full marketing team on event ideation and execution.
- Manage and collaborate with Events Specialist to maximize overall efficiency and productivity of department.
- Manage and track individual event budgets in accordance with yearly overall budget. Support Director of Events with Budget Planning Exercises and maintain ownership over forecasting and reporting for individual commercial events.
- Review and negotiate contracts, scopes of work and costs with external vendors for all commercial events activities.
- Identify key performance indicators for each event in partnership with Retail teams; measure and report on the effectiveness of executed plans with a post-event analysis for all activities.
- Maintain and update monthly recap reports for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Assist in various ad hoc projects in support of client engagement in order to meet the needs of the business.
- Understand North American Market business needs and competition in order to propose new ideas and solutions for efficiency and efficacy of commercial activities.
- Liaise with all external event vendors, internal teams and other key stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure successful execution cross-functionally.
Qualifications & Skills REQUIRED
- 5 years of experience in a Retail Events or Event Marketing role, preferably in the Luxury Goods industry
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Role will based out of the NYC office, however at times the position will require remote work from home or when traveling
- Creativity & Organization: Proven success in coordinating events from concept creation to on-site execution with ability to adhere and follow brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in all initiatives.
- Industry News/Trends and Know-How: Informed on the latest trends, technologies, & locations to create events that are one-of-a-kind and industry leading experiences.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective writer and clear communicator.
- Analytical Proficiencies: Proficient in Microsoft suite - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word; proficiency with iValua procurement system or COSMO platform a plus but not required; ability to analyze data and measure KPIs; ability to work within budgeted parameters & report final budget and process invoices in a timely fashion.
- Presentation Skills: Create clear, compelling, and organized presentations to share both internally and externally with a strong attention to detail and precision.
- Sense of Initiative: Proactively suggest creative and innovative solutions. Strive continuously for improvement and proactively suggest process and communication optimization. Be able to autonomously work on projects from start to finish.
