We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Staffing Services and Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts across the U.S. market, ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier staffing solutions and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within the staffing and recruitment vertical.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and business goals.

• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any escalations or service issues promptly.

• Negotiate client contracts, rates, and service-level agreements.

• Maintain a pipeline of roles and effectively prioritize positions with recruitment leads.
