Lifeline Field Agents Needed!
Job Description
- Looking for motivated Field Agents who will be responsible for generating wireless sales.
- We are currently hiring independent contractors to help us grow!
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer inquiries
- Assist with sales inquiries and process transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions
Our team of agents are responsible for helping people who have government benefits in our community by giving away free, federally funded Android smart phones with free service to qualified individuals and households.
Responsibilities
- Engage in direct marketing to members of the community, and guide customers through the application process
- Agents will set up and operate tabling events at outdoor location (If not freelancing)
- Agents are expected to engage directly with members of the community, informing them about the Lifeline program and assisting with applications for service
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Market products effectively to meet sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base
Requirements:
- Have your own vehicle (own method of transportation)
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Have an Android/iPhone device with access to data to process applications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or outdoor sales role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
Our Field Agents are expected to gain a complete understanding of the Lifeline industry through our comprehensive, one on one Training program, This includes Lifeline program history, customer enrollment training, issue resolution, and team activity coordination
Must be 18 years or older
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and inside sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required!
