What You’ll Do
You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals. You will make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team
- Work with other engineers and experienced designers under the direction of lead licensed mechanical engineers
- Design facility mechanical systems including HVAC, boiler/steam, hot water, compressed air, and plumbing for custom industrial applications for manufacturing, distribution, and other industrial and commercial facilities, utilizing Revit
- Enter into a career path to become a licensed mechanical engineer
- Co-Op/internship, part-time or full-time employment, or project experience related to engineering, consulting, facility design, construction management, drafting, or architecture
- Demonstrated leadership or participation in campus/community service activities (preferred)
- Experience in the design of facilities for food/beverage, pharma/life science, or consumer products for manufacturing and distribution (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with our valued team members and clients
- Solid computer skills including Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (academic or professional)
- A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering (structural concentration), or an equivalent degree from and ABET accredited institution
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) licensure for those wish to become licensed professional engineers or licensed architects
