We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects from start to finish. You’ll estimate costs, schedule work, manage subcontracts and suppliers, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. With a focus on value engineering and coordination, you’ll play a key role in delivering cost-effective solutions for our clients while taking full ownership of the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all project activities to meet safety, budget, and schedule goals.
- Manage buyouts, write subcontracts, and oversee material suppliers.
- Monitor costs, prepare progress reports, and forecast project outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Enforce safety standards and quality control.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
- 3-5 years minimum experience in construction project management
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (preferred, not required).
- Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
