Supply Chain Manager

BW KENNEDY, a leader in the high-end residential renovation industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. With over 20 years of experience in luxury home building and renovations, we pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The Supply Chain Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our projects by managing all supply chain activities, from sourcing materials to logistics and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's goals and project timelines
• Source high-quality materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
• Manage inventory levels, including forecasting demand and minimizing excess
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate timely deliveries and optimize resources
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices throughout the supply chain
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable service
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and innovations that could enhance supply chain operations
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the construction or renovation sector
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management
• Proficient in supply chain software and tools, with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
