Established Architecture Firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our Jenks location. Applicant will be a self-starter and oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detailed-oriented, professional and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve required. Construction office experience preferred.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Create and manage construction contracts and documents
- Assist in new hire onboarding and paperwork
- Help process contractor’s payment applications
- Organize receipts and banking files
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Create and track shipments
- Manage and organize email and electronic files
- Order office supplies and work orders
- Answer phones and greet clients and vendors
