Key responsibilities:

- Accurately measure and calculate the volume of concrete needed for each project component using specialized software.
- Cost Breakdown:
- Determine labor costs based on crew size, productivity rates, and project complexity, factoring in material pricing, equipment rentals, and potential contingencies.
- Subcontractor Bidding:
- Solicit bids from subcontractors for specialized concrete work like reinforcement, finishing, or specialized concrete mixes.
- Estimate Preparation:
- Compile detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, overhead, and profit margins, presenting them in a clear and concise format.
- Risk Assessment:
- Identify potential risks associated with the project, such as site conditions, weather variability, and material availability, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Client Presentations:
