Stage raw materials in racks, and carts for welding operations.
Essential Duties
- Actively observe and promote BWise safety standards.
- Obtain specifications for trailer from pull sheets.
- Procure raw materials from part racks and place in cart/racks.
- Stock raw material after its been processed and accounted for.
- Assign locations to parts who do not have one.
- Maintain all parts up to date with the latest revision changes.
- Keep raw material area clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory control which includes cycle counting.
- Other duties, as assigned by Dept. Leadership.
- Must be capable of sitting for the majority of shift and stand when required to do so.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to demonstrate full range of motion for reaching, bending, kneeling and stooping.
- Will be exposed to extreme heat and cold depending on weather.
- Subject to dirt, dust, oil, welding fumes, electric shock, bright lights, UV radiation, burns, traffic hazards, and high noise levels in the workplace.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to read, write, count, communicate by various channels.
- Must have appropriate high school, or on-the-job training from previous employment.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Must be able to interpret drawings and sketches, read and understand manuals/specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
- Attend work as scheduled – that is, arrive on time fully prepared to begin work and remain at work through the entire work period.
- Perform assigned tasks safely, competently and according to performance and behavioral expectations of the department/business unit.
- Cooperate, collaborate and communicate with supervisors, managers and co-workers in performing assignments, projects, service requests.
