Hard Truth Distillery Campus is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to maintain and beautify our outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance: Mow, trim, and edge all lawns and grassy areas; ensure pathways and trails are clear and presentable.- Leaf Blowing & Trash Collection: Regularly clear leaves, debris, and trash from trails, parking lots, and common areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Tractor Work: Grade trails and parking lots using tractors and other heavy equipment.
- Tree and Wood Management: Use chainsaws for tree trimming and removal; prepare and manage smoker wood supplies.
- Lawn Care: Fertilize and aerate lawns as needed to maintain healthy turf.
- Gardening: Plant, prune, and care for ornamental plants, shrubs, and flowers across the property.
- Pond & Water Feature Management: Monitor and maintain ponds and water features to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and tractors.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and ensure grounds are free from hazards.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a similar role.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation (tractors, mowers, chainsaws).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Knowledge of lawn care, tree maintenance, and fertilizing.
- Thorough understanding of gardening and plant care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable operating equipment and working on uneven terrain.
