Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a clear and cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the Hard Truth Hospitality vision and goals.
Brand Management : Maintain and enhance the Hard Truth Distilling Co. brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing : Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email campaigns, online advertising, and SEO / SEM strategies.
Traditional Marketing : Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as print media, direct mail, and local partnerships to reach a diverse audience.
Public Relations : Cultivate relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive press coverage and reviews.
Event Promotion : Create and promote events, promotions, and exclusive offers to attract and retain customers.
Market Research : Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies as needed.
Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
