Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a responsible, personable Shuttle Van Driver to transport guests to and from the Brown County Music Center and, occasionally, Brown County State Park. This individual plays a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport guests between Hard Truth campus and designated locations
Communicate clearly with guests about events, offerings, and experiences available at Hard Truth
Maintain a clean and well-kept shuttle vehicle (interior and exterior)
Uphold excellent customer service standards by being friendly, courteous, and professional at all times
Operate the vehicle in compliance with local traffic laws and company policies
Assist guests in and out of the vehicle if needed
Monitor shuttle schedule and maintain timely pick-ups and drop-offs
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
Clean driving record (background check required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Familiarity with Brown County area and attractions a plus
Must be 21 years of age or older
