Key Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize products
- Pick and stage outbound orders using RF scan guns
- Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily goals
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification
- 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience using RF scan guns and warehouse equipment
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of cycle counting, order picking, and shipping procedures
PPE Requirements
- Steel-toe or composite-toe boots are required
- Additional PPE may be provided based on site-specific safety guidelines
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Full-time, onsite
